The economic value, employment and tax revenue benefits of the UK’s intelligent transport sector is to be assessed in a new study. Intelligent Transport Systems UK (ITS UK) has commissioned research company Capital Economics to measure the total economic impact of the sector.
ITS UK said that it has previously been difficult to analyse the size and value of the transport technology sector for the UK due to the variety of products and services in the market.
