A trial of pay-as-you-go electric buggies is underway in the London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The fleet of 10 vehicles, operated by Yo-Go, can be hired via an app, and have to be returned to where they started. During the pilot, which will run until October, Yo-Go said it will monitor the performance of the buggies and how people use them.
Hammersmith & Fulham Council is allowing users to park the buggies free of charge in any controlled parking zone in the borough.
