Welsh roundabout removal proposed after 20mph default limit

Conwy County Borough Council is proposing to remove a mini-roundabout in an area where the speed limit reduced by default from 30mph to 20mph in September 2023. Hundreds of other road layouts in Wales which were designed to prioritise 30mph traffic flow could require remodelling to reflect the aims of the 20mph default speed limit.
