Shiona Rolfe is the new Managing Director at transport operator CrossCountry, which is part of the Arriva Group. Rolfe previsly spent two years at Amazon as General Manager, where she headed up the fulfilment operation in South West England and West Yorkshire, before which she spent 14 years at Royal Mail, most recently as Service Delivery Director. Interim Managing Director Scott Maynard will work with Shiona over the coming weeks ahead of standing down.
