It is a parametric tool which automatically estimates floor areas, unit numbers and a range of planning, movement engineering, financial, environmental and liveability indicators

Perpetual (No Expiry) licence - £3500 (with one year’s email support included), CityCAD is a standalone CAD application for Windows XP/Vista and can export information in DXF, XLS, RTF, CSV and a variety of image formats
