PEARS, interfaces with standard outputs from traffic microsimulation models. Carries out trip-based assessment of changes in travel time and vehicle operating costs. Costs of a trip-based assessment are derived by aggregating the costs of each individually modelled vehicle on the network.
Undertakes fixed trip matrix assessments.
