Trent Barton parent company Wellglade has announced that managing director Brian King is to step down from his role in April. He will be succeeded by Jeff Counsell, the current director of service delivery.
King will move to the newly created role of part-time chairman. The changes will also see commercial director Ian Morgan move to a new part-time role as King’s deputy. No other changes are planned to theseven-strong senior management team of the Heanor-based operator.
