Decision-makers in the English regions are this week finalising their Regional Funding Allocation 2 advice to the Government. According to the DfT’s RFA guidance and emerging policy in DaSTS (Delivering a Sustainable Transport Strategy), these second transport RFAs had been intended to take greater account of climate change, rail development and sustainable transport generally.
