Barnet invests £2m in Civica IT platform

The London Borough of Barnet has awarded a civil enforcement (CE) technology contract worth £2m to Civica. The new technology will allow the council to record all parking notices in real-time, enabling civil enforcement officers to be sent to congested areas quickly using GPS handheld devices and giving residents the means to manage payments or appeals online.
