Eco-towns get cash for transport projects

A range of ‘green’ transport projects will share part of a £36m award to kick-start the development of four eco-towns. The Government has awarded £9m in 2009/10 to eco-towns in St Austell, Cornwall; Rackheath, Norfolk; North-West Bicester, Oxfordshire; and Whitehill-Bordon, Hampshire.
