NSL sold to buyout giant for £120m

Five years after buying NSL, 3i sells business to AAC Capital Partners

NSL Services has been sold by 3i to AAC Capital Partners for £120m. Private equity firm 3i has generated a big  return on its investment since buying NCP for £555m in 2005. It split the parking business in 2007, selling the off-street component to Macquarie Bank for £790m, and retaining the rest of the company, which was re-named NSL Services Group in 2009.
