Warwickshire County Council has commissioned consultants to study the feasibility of building a new bus/coach station in Stratford-upon-Avon. Consultant JMP is studying the operational practicality, public acceptability and financial feasibility of a number of sites. Private sector investment is expected to be crucial to any development. The town used to have a bus station on the edge of the town centre but this closed many years ago as part of changes to the public realm.
