Civica to process Gloucester City Council parking penalties

Gloucester City Council has outsourced the running of its revenues, benefits and welfare rights services. The contract covers the processing of parking penalty charge notices. The council estimates the seven-year contract, which has been awarded to business processing company Civica, will deliver annual savings of £220,000 to the council.

A council spokesman said: “By setting up the service centre with Civica, Gloucester City Council will benefit from a cost-efficient service model...
