Global airline Emirates and Transport for London have agreed a sponsorship deal for London’s cable car Thames river crossing which is scheduled for completion next summer. The link, which will provide a direct connection between the Greenwich Peninsula and Royal Victoria Docks, will be known as the Emirates Air Line in a 10-year deal worth £36m.
