Is it possible to combine parking enforcement with a wide range of other tasks? In Shropshire the answer to this question is “Yes”. We have sought to keep our focus on parking enforcement but also embrace other areas of activity. This means our civil enforcement officers (CEOs) are undertaking tasks such as highway inspections and enforcing dog-fouling and littering rules while undertaking their routine parking patrols.
