More than 600 visitors attended Travel 2020 throughout the two day event at the Kia Oval. There was a full house for the introductory plenary session on day one to hear the Transport Minister Norman Baker, Sir Brian Souter and Tom Steinberg, and up to 100 attendees at some of the 60 specialist sessions that took place in three parallel themes.

The exhibition featured 52 stands which drew a constant stream of visitors. Exhibitors expressed very positive views on the discussions that took place with comments including “ It’s a  unique event focused on creating a superior customer travel experience. If you’re concerned about remaining competitive in an ever changing customer world, you can’t afford not to be a part of this event”.

Four organisations co-located their regular meetings to take place at T2020-  CarPlus, Travelline, The Ten Percent Club and RTiG Inform.

Plans have been confirmed for next year’s event to take place on 10th & 11th October at the same venue, and a number of exhibitors have already committed to return.
