Sky High has agreed a deal to acquire rival traffic data collection and analysis provider Count on Us from Clearview Traffic Group. The £455,000 deal will create the largest service provider of its kind in the UK with domestic turnover of approximately £5m split equally between the two companies. Clearview will hold a 24.5% stake in the new business Sky High-Count on Us.
