Free bus travel for Lancs youths

Lancashire County Council is to temporarily fund free bus travel for 16-18 year olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), or who are parents or carers. The council estimates there are just under 3,000 people eligible for the scheme, which will be launched next month and run until the end of March.
