BBC shocked by concept of ‘peak car’ and questions need for more roads

The BBC’s transport correspondent, Richard Westcott, has discovered the concept of ‘peak car’ and used this in a recent online article to suggest that the Government’s current road building plans might, possibly, be somewhat misguided.
