Camden and Ealing refute BBC claim that NSL CEOs issued ‘dodgy’ PCNs

Two NSL civil enforcement officers have claimed they were under constant pressure from managers to issue more penalty charge notices (PCNs). The pair, who did not want to be identified, told BBC London’s Inside Out programme that this pressure resulted in CEOs issuing “dodgy tickets”.
