The response of Malcolm Bulpitt (LTT 07 Feb) to my letter of 24 Jan leaves me wondering if he read it properly or understood it. 

There’s nothing unusual about drivers being targeted for fixed penalty notices, but it’s good to see long overdue enforcement against bad cyclists by the police.
