The city of Edinburgh Council is to let motorcyclists use the city’s bus lanes and is to convert 14 miles of all-day bus lanes into peak hour-only operation. 

The initiatives will be implemented initially on a trial basis and were agreed following a review of the city’s 40-mile bus lane network.
