Mark McCole has joined public transport operator RATP Dev as project director to lead the bid to retain the contract for the Manchester Metrolink. A new contract is being tendered by Transport for Greater Manchester. McCole joins from Serco where he was director of rail development in the Middle East. He has previously been operations director for Metrolink and operations director for Croydon Tramlink.
