Russell Roberts is Stoke-on-Trent's parking enforcement manager

Russell Roberts has become parking enforcement manager for Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

He assumed the position in March after spending over five years with APCOA Parking (UK), first as a supervisor and then as a contract manager.

Prior to entering the parking sector, Roberts worked in facilities management with Taylor Woodrow and as a security manager with ASDA.

Before then, Roberts served as a soldier with the Parachute Regiment....
