Birmingham City Council is to give freight vehicles and buses priority through nine signal-controlled junctions in a trial to improve journey time reliability. 

A city council spokesman told LTT how the £345,000 pilot would operate: “Six of the junctions are controlled by SCOOT and three by MOVA.
