Boroughs upset by ULEZ boundary

Borough association London Councils has expressed concern about London mayor Sadiq Khan’s plan to use the North and South Circular roads as boundaries for an enlarged ultra-low emission zone (ULEZ). 

The ULEZ will be launched next April and will initially cover only the central London congestion charge area. Drivers of vehicles not meeting Euro 6/VI (diesel) and Euro 4 (petrol) standards would have to pay a charge.
