Glasgow studies road user charging

The council’s city administration committee last week asked officers to prepare a report on the idea within nine months. But the committee rejected the scrutiny committee’s call for the low emission zone to be extended from buses to all vehicles by April 2021. The zone will instead be extended to all vehicles
