The AA has criticised Westminster City Council for planning to expand its diesel parking surcharge policy boroughwide. In a letter to the council, AA president Edmund King says the application of the surcharge to all pre-2015 vehicles contradicts central government guidance and the ultra-low emission zone standards of London mayor, Sadiq Khan.
