The England’s Economic Heartland (EEH) alliance of local authorities is calling on the Government to set an indicative funding envelope for the area, to help prioritise infrastructure investment.
The funding envelope is one of five ‘asks’ the EEH is making of the Government ahead of the Budget, to accelerate delivery of the Oxford-Milton Keynes-Cambridge growth region, which lies at the heart of the EEH’s geography. The asks are:
