Welsh finance minister Rebecca Evans has admitted she has not yet discussed with First Minister Mark Drakeford how the proposed M4 Relief Road round the south of Newport could be funded. The controversial project is estimated to cost £1.4bn, and some Assembly Members believe the actual cost would be significantly higher.
