Oxford is the setting for a project to trial electric vehicle charging from a hybrid battery storage system connected to a National Grid substation.
The £41m three-year Energy Superhub Oxford project is led by Pivot Power LLP. Other partners are Habitat Energy Ltd, the University of Oxford, Oxford City Council, Kensa Contracting Ltd, and RedT Energy (UK) Ltd.
