The draft London Plan’s transport infrastructure priorities will prove to be nothing more than a “wishlist” unless a way can be found to fill a £3.1bn a year funding gap, a borough has said.

The London Borough of Bexley says there is little likelihood that all the schemes listed in table 10.1 of the draft plan will be delivered during the plan period to 2041.
