Last issue’s article regarding London boroughs and powers to enforce speeding (‘Boroughs lobby for partial decriminalisation of speeding’ LTT 25 Oct) addresses issues discussed in a recent 20’s Plenty for Us briefing (http://www.20splenty.org/how_las_can_enforce).
