Staffordshire County Council has appointed e-scooter operators Ginger and Zwings to run trial rental schemes in Stafford and Newcastle-under-Lyme respectively. The trials are part of the DfT programme and are also being run as part of the Smart Places Live Labs programme of ADEPT (the Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning and Transport).
