Scottish Government  ministers have snubbed the UK Government’s Union Connectivity Review by not submitting a response to its call for evidence.

The review, led by Network Rail chairman Sir Peter Hendy,  has two Scots on the five-person expert panel (LTT 27 Nov 20). 

A call for evidence was issued in November with responses invited by 30 December.
