The London Borough of Richmond is exploring how to kickstart growth in the area’s back-to-base car club operations.

Back-to-base car clubs have operated in Richmond since 2009. Operators Zipcar and Enterprise Car Club currently provide services from 73 dedicated car club parking bays. The firms pay Richmond £360.50 a year for a car club parking permit for each vehicle in their fleet.
