The London Borough of Croydon is in talks with the neighbouring London Borough of Bromley over plans to reinstate a low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) scheme of street closures in Crystal Palace.

The original scheme implemented last year proved unpopular and was withdrawn in January (LTT 05 Feb & 19 Feb). Bromley said the LTN had forced more traffic onto its roads.
