Berry: road pricing and £400m for active travel

A London-wide road pricing scheme is promised by Green candidate Siân Berry, along with a huge increase in active travel spending.

Berry would consult on expanding the ultra-low emission zone (ULEZ) to cover all of London by October 2022, as a precursor to capital-wide road user charging.
