Transport ministers from around the world have pledged to use the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic to transform transport. The ministers from 63 members of the International Transport Forum at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) made the joint declaration at the Annual Council of Ministers of Transport on 27 May.
