E-scooter operator Voi is adding artificial engine noise to 60 of its hire scheme vehicles in Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol. The pilot is being carried out with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) to increase safeguards for pedestrians with sight loss.
