DfT sets tight controls on marketing metrics in new rail contracts

Newly  published National Rail Contracts for West Midlands Trains and Greater Anglia reveal how the DfT is exerting close control over the principles of marketing alongside a range of other detailed matters under the new arrangements for train service provision in the post-Covid-19 era. The five-year contracts with Abellio both commenced in September, and have now been published.
