Jacob Roberts has joined Cenex as senior policy and strategy consultant. He returns to Cenex, the Low Carbon and Fuel Cells Centre of Excellence, which is an independent non-profit research and consultancy, after a year as transport policy manager at REA. In his previous incarnation at Cenex he was an electric vehicle infrastructure specialist.
