Visitors to a Lake District beauty spot are being advised avoid parking in an obstructive manner.

Cumberland Council is concerned that pedestrians are being forced to step into the path of oncoming traffic at Stonethwaite, near the Black Moss Pot Pool.

New signs advise drivers to park properly.
