ORR to investigate reasons for National Highways ‘dip’ in performance

The  Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has announced it is to investigate why National Highways’ performance has “dipped” and some targets are “not currently on track”.

National Highways must comply with the Road Investment Strategy (RIS), with the current road period running from April 2020 to March 2025.
