Transport for London (TfL), NHS trusts and other public bodies set to ban e-cycles from being parked or used on their premises should consider the impact this would have on disabled people, warns Wheels for Wellbeing.

The charity notes that insurers and landlords are also removing permission for e-cycles to be stored in homes.
