Minister pledges commitment to housing design quality, but Office for Place to close

The Office for Place established by the last government is being closed down, Matthew Pennycook, Minister for Housing and Planning has told Parliament. But he pledged a commitment to the quality of new homes and places would continue within his Ministry.
