QR scammers target Southampton car parks

A fake QR code in Southampton

 

Drivers in Southampton have been asked to remain vigilant as fraudsters are targeting people when parking.

Southampton City Council has found fake QR codes attached to parking payment machines. The fake codes connect to scam websites.
