Solihull begins enforcement in four locations

Solihull Council has chosen four locations for its new traffic enforcement operation having received Government approval for the powers last November.

The cameras will enforce banned U-turns on A34 Stratford Road and yellow box junctions at Warwick Road. Other areas include School Streets and pedestrian zones in Solihull Town Centre.

Each camera costs £25,000, and the council plans to fund them over three years.
