€45m EU funding for EV infrastructure

E.ON, Eldrive and ZSE expand European charging infrastructure for electric trucks and cars

The European Union is to co-finance installation of 1,400 charging points in 13 countries, including 430 for heavy-duty electric trucks.

The DRIVE-E Global project, which will be be completed by 2027, aims to strengthen charging infrastructure along major transport axes.

A consortium led by E.ON receives €45m in EU funding to expand charging infrastructure for electric cars and commercial vehicles in Europe.
