Fined cyclist's behaviour adhered to best practice claims CTC

Cycling campaign group the CTC has criticised West Mercia police and Telford magistrates for prosecuting a cyclists for obstructing the highway, even though he was riding in accordance with the national standard for cycle training, according to defence lawyers.
